血浆vWF与儿童原发性肾病综合征高凝状态的关系

Relationship between vWF and hypercoagulable state in children with primary nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨血浆血管性假血友病因子（vWF）与儿童原发性肾病综合征（NS）高凝状态的关系。方法选择年龄1~14岁的原发性NS和健康体检儿童各40例,分别检测血浆vWF、D-二聚体（D-D）、抗凝血酶Ⅲ（AT-Ⅲ）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、血小板计数（PLT）等。结果患病组血浆vWF、D-D较健康对照组增高,血浆AT-Ⅲ水平低于健康对照组（P〈0.05）。结论血浆VWF是反映儿童NS高凝状态的早期敏感指标。

Objective To study the relationship between plasma von willebrand factor（vWF） and hypercoagulable state in children with primary nephrotic syndrome（NS）.Methods Fourty NS children and fourty healthy children aged 1 to 14 years were involved in this study.The levels of plasma vWF,D-dimer,antithrombin Ⅲ（AT-Ⅲ）,prothrombin time（PT）,partial thromboplastin time（APTT） and platelet count（PLT） were measured in all children.Results The levels of plasma vWF,D-dimer in patients with primary NS were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.01）,while the level of AT-Ⅲ was lower（P0.05）.Conclusion Plasma vWF is an early sensitive index of hypercoagulable state in children with primary NS.
