摘要
标距调整的精度影响着材料试验的结果。本文研究了全自动引伸计的基本结构、SDA/11电机驱动器的工作原理和控制过程。SDA/11电机驱动器采用步进工作模式,可以精确地调整标距,通过RS232通信口实现参数设置和运行状态的监测。调整PID参数可以改善系统的动态性能,在PC机上可以观测到调试结果。
The precision of gauge length adjustment can influence the results of metallic strain test. The basic structure of the automatic extensometer,the working principle and control process of SDA/11 motor driver are studied in this article. Using step working model,SDA/11 motor driver can adjust gauge length accurately. Through RS232,parameter can be set and the running state can be monitored. The dynamic performance of the system can be improved by adjusting the PID parameter,and the testing results can be watched on PC machine.
