摘要
综合了道路设计阶段3种常用的安全评价方法,针对安全审查清单中的内容提取建立了道路设计因素隐患指标和交通安全设施保障能力指标;通过对运行速度协调性的评价结果建立交通流运行特征指标;基于事故统计资料分析建立了事故评价指标。在此基础上,采用线性加权综合评价模型将上述4个指标综合,建立了道路危险指数指标(RDI)。计算的该指标值是将道路设计中各要素存在的安全隐患进行叠加的结果,以反映道路整体安全状况。通过在山西省大运公路改建工程中应用,将道路全线划分为13个路段,分别计算每段值,结果表明,该方法能实现不同路段间相对安全性的比较,以便对危险路段采取措施,从而对改进完善设计起到良好的效果。
A new quantitative safety approach integrating the three evaluation methods was presented in the paper,road dangerous index(RDI) method.RDI that comprehensively quantitatively measured the relative safety performance of a road was formulated with linear weighting model by combining four risk indexes: highway design potential hazard index and safety guarantee of traffic facilities index established from road safety audit checklists;traffic flow safety index extracting safety inspection results of operating speed consistency;and accident index transformed from the results of accident analysis.The procedure was used to evaluate Dayun reconstruction project of Shanxi province in design phase,the road was divided into 13 road segments,RDI value of each road segment was calculated,as a result,it was conveniently and quickly to identify relative safety conditions between road segments,and to take effective measures to improve the design of the road dangerous segments.
