摘要
本实验采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子电镜结合能谱(SEM-EDS)及化学物相分析等方法探明了贵州某低品位氧化铅锌矿主要元素的物相。实验结果表明:矿样中铅的物相主要有白铅矿(60.86%)和铅铁矾(22.62%);锌的物相主要有锌氧化物(63.79%)和硅酸锌(15.20%);铁的物相主要有褐铁矿(其中主要为针铁矿)和赤铁矿(共87.30%);铝的物相主要为以高岭土形式存在的粘土;硅的物相主要为石英和以高岭土形式存在的粘土;钙、镁主要以白云石形式存在;另外矿样中发现了锆英石。在此基础上,讨论了各物相分析方法的误差来源。
The phases of main elements in one low-grade lead-zinc oxide ore in Guizhou were analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS) and chemical phase analysis.The results showed that the phase of lead in ore sample mainly included cerusite,syn(60.86 %) and plumbojarosite(22.62 %);the phase of zinc mainly included oxides of zinc(63.79 %),willemite(15.20 %);the phase of iron mainly included limonite(mainly comprised of goethite) and hematite,syn(total 87.30 %);the phase of aluminum was mainly clay existing in the form of kaoline;the phase of silicon was mainly quartz and clay existing in the form of kaoline;and calcium and magnesium mainly existed in the form of dolomite;in addition,zirconite was also found in ore sample.Based on these results,the error source of analysis methods for each phase was discussed.
