摘要
在酸性介质中,肼能使溴酸钾-HCl与丁基罗丹明B反应体系的吸光度增强,据此建立了水中痕量肼的光度分析新方法。用固定时间法优化了试剂浓度、反应温度和反应时间,并考察了20多种物质和离子的干扰情况。在所选择的实验条件下测定肼,线性范围为0.98~88.6μg/L,方法检出限为0.87μg/L。方法用于湖水和塑料工业含肼污水中肼的测定,结果与直接比色法相吻合,回收率均在106%~108%之间。
Based on the enhancing effect of trace hydrazine on the absorbance of the reaction system of potassium bromate-hydrochloric acid with butyl-rhodamine B in acid medium,a new spectrophotometric method for determination of trace hydrazine in water has been proposed.The experimental conditions including reagent concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time were optimized with fixed time method.The interference of more than 20 kinds of matters and ions were investigated.Under the selection conditions,linear range of this method was 0.98-88.6 μg/L,and detection limit was 0.87 μg/L.The method has been used to determine hydrazine in lake water and waste water of plastic industry containing hydrazine with recoveries of 106 %-108 %,and the results were in agreement with those by direct colorimetric method.
