摘要
通过活塞式压缩机检修,确定检修中的关键环节,就是对压缩机主轴承、曲柄轴承瓦背过盈量进行测量,同时在活塞装配中对活塞环的三隙进行复核,对十字头和活塞杆在液压连接无法拆卸时通过采用注入润滑脂的办法,提升了检修进度,保证了检修质量,奠定了设备稳定运行的基础。
Through the piston compressor maintenance,the key link is to measure the main bearing and crank bearing watts back,at the same time,three gaps in the hydraulic connector and piston crosshead is checked so as to improve the maintenance schedules,ensure the quality of maintenance and establish the stable operation of the equipment.
