摘要
针对海上稠油油藏聚合物驱用的疏水缔合聚合物,本文通过淀粉-碘化铬比色法研究了相对分子质量、水解度以及浓度的变化对其静态吸附量的影响,同时还测定了聚合物在人造岩心中的动态吸附量。研究表明疏水缔合聚合物的静态吸附量随相对分子质量的减小而缓慢降低;经剪切降解后,聚合物的相对分子质量由943.72×104降至245.22×104时,其吸附量的保留率仍能达到75.5%;通过加入氢氧化钠改变聚合物的水解度,聚合物的吸附量随水解度的增大而缓慢降低,水解度由33.78%增至66.82%时其吸附量的保留率高达97.9%;聚合物的吸附量随浓度的增大先显著增加后趋于平缓,具有典型的朗格缪尔吸附曲线特点。聚合物在人造岩心中的动态吸附量测试结果表明静态吸附量约为动态吸附量的10倍。
For the hydrophobically associating polymer(HPAP) used in the offshore heavy oil reservoir,the effects of relative molecular weight,degree of hydrolysis as well as polymer concentration on the static adsorption capacity(SAC) were characterized and the dynamic adsorption capacity(DAC) of HPAP was measured by the method of idodine-starch colorimetry.Experimental results indicated that with the decrement of molecular weight,the SAC decreases slowly;after shear degradation,the molecular weight of the polymer reduced from 943.72 × 104 to 245.22 × 104,the retention rate of the SAC was 75.5% ;with the increments of degree of hydrolysis,the SAC decreases slowly,the retention rate of the SAC being up to 97.9% when the degree of hydrolysis increased from 33.78% to 66.82% ;With the increment of polymer concentration,the SAC increased significantly firstly and then reached a plateau,which had the typical characteristics of langmuir adsorption isotherm.In addition,the results showed that the SAC of HPAP was about 10 times of the DAC.
