聚合物表面活性剂分子聚集态结构及其对渗流特性影响研究 被引量:19

摘要 聚合物表面活性剂(简称聚表剂)兼具高分子与表面活性剂双重特性,本文利用动态光散射仪(DLS)、扫描电镜(SEM)分别研究了4种聚表剂的分子线团尺寸和微观聚集态结构,并通过岩心流动实验考察了溶液浓度、配液用水等对渗流特性的影响。结果表明,与常规聚合物相比,4种类型聚表剂分子均不同程度出现"交联"反应的特征,呈现出"片状-网状"聚集结构。在相同聚表剂类型条件下,聚表剂浓度愈大,其分子越易于产生"交联",溶液阻力系数和残余阻力系数愈大,当浓度为900mg/L时,"炼化Ⅰ型"的FR最大,为280。在实验溶剂水矿化度范围内,矿化度愈高,聚表剂溶液视黏度愈低,越易于产生"分子内交联反应",而且FR和FRR都有不同程度的升高,升幅约为12%~38%。与Na+相比,Ca2+和Mg2+对四种聚表剂溶液阻力系数和残余阻力系数影响较大,更易于使聚表剂发生"分子内交联反应"。 Polymeric surfactants(PS) have the characteristics of both polymers and surfactants.The molecular coil dimension and the aggregate structure of the PS were characterized by the method of dynamic light scattering,scanning electron microscope,respectively,and the influences of the concentration of the PS solution and the ion content of the dosed water on the seepage flow characteristics in the porous media were investigated by the core flow experiment.The results showed that compared with the common polymer,four types of the PS presented flaky-reticular structures because of the cross-linking reaction.As for the same type of the PS,The higher the concentration of the PS,the more easily the intermolecular cross-linking reaction was inclined to generate,which resulted in larger coefficient of resistance FRand residual resistance factor FRR of the PS in the artificial core.At the concentration of 900 mg/L,the coefficient of resistance of"LianhuaⅠ"was the largest,being of 280.At the range of the experimental TSD,the higher the TSD,the lower the apparent viscosity,and the more easily the intramolecular cross-linking reaction generated.Moreover,the FRand FRR of the PS solutions were increased to some degree,around 12% ~ 38%.Compared with Na +,the influences of Ca2 + and Mg2 + on the FRand FRR were stronger,resulting in intramolecular cross-linking reaction of the PS generate easily.
