摘要
高尚堡油田浅层油藏为边底水驱动油藏,油水层间隔层较薄,在开发过程中易形成边底水突进、水窜、水淹等情况,使油井含水量迅速上升,油井产能下降,严重影响油田的开发效果。为解决这个问题,用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、十六烷基溴和丙烯酰胺合成了堵水剂HWSO。3%HWSO溶液的黏度随温度的升高先增加后降低,105℃时达到最大值35Pa·s。岩心选择性封堵实验表明,该堵剂对油水选择性封堵能力差异达5.26倍。在高尚堡浅层北区高104-5平35井现场试验,该堵剂的降水增油效果明显,累计增油892t,累计降水68000m3,含水率下降2.9%。
The shallow reservoir of Gaoshangpu oilfield is the boundary and natural energy driven reservoir with thin interval layer between oil and water layers.During the process of oilfield development,the water cut went up quickly,well productivity decreased,and the development effects was seriously affected.To solve this problem,HWSO water shutoff agent was synthesized by ethylenemethacrylate copolymer,alkyl bromine and acrylamide.The viscosity of 3% HWSO solution increased first and then decreased with increasing temperature.The maximal viscosity was of 35 Pa·s at 105℃.The difference of selective shutoff capacity on water and oil was up to 5.26.The new selective chemical water shutoff technology was carried out on Well G104-5P35 of Gaoshangpu oilfield.The results of pilot test showed that the effect of decreasing produced water and increasing oil production was very obvious.The cumulative quantity of oil was of 892 t,the cumulative decreased quantity of water was of 68000 m3 and the water cut decreased 2.9%.
