U-40稠油破乳剂的研究与应用

红浅稠油开发区稠油乳状液综合含水约70%。原有的化学破乳剂XJ-936、XJ-420的破乳脱水效果欠佳,外交油含水和污水含油上升。因此,用高分子酚醛树脂、异氰酸酯、胺醇、氢氧化钾合成了破乳剂U-40。与其他3种破乳剂相比,U-40破乳剂的加药浓度小,脱水速度快,30min和90min的脱水率分别为51.7%和75.9%。在红浅1-1区、红浅1-4区的现场应用表明,加药浓度减少,脱水温度降低,两区块每日外排污水含油分别为24472、16646mg/L,油线含水分别为15.7%、10.7%。U-40破乳剂与反相破乳剂配伍性较好,加药浓度为90～120mg/L、脱水温度75℃时,10个月的净化油含水小于0.49%,平均值为0.28%,外排污水含油平均值为200mg/L。

The water content of heavy oil emulsion in Hongqian heavy oil development zone was about 70%.Former chemical demulsifier XJ-936,XJ-420 could not reach the ideal demulsifying and dewatering level.The content of water in out transported oil and oil in sewage increased significantly.Therefore,demulsifier U-40 was synthesized with high polymer resin,isocyanogen diethylene glycol dinitrate,hydroxidethe hydramine and potassium hydroxide.Compared with other 3 kinds of demulsifier,U-40 demulsifier presented some advantages,such as low dosage and quick dewatering speed.The dewatering rate in 30 min and 90 min were of 51.7% and 75.9%,respectively.The results on site in Hongqian1-1 and Hongqian1-4 area showed that the dosage of demulsifier and dewatering temperature reduced.The content of oil in sewage every day of two areas was of 24472,16646 mg/L,and water in oil line was of 15.7%,10.7%.The compatibility of U-40 demulsifier and reversed phase demulsifer was good.The average content of water in purified oil was of 0.28% and oil in sewage was of 200 mg/L between 10 months with demulsifier concentration 90—120 mg/L and dewatering temperature 75℃.
