宫颈癌HPV疫苗的应用进展 被引量：3

摘要 宫颈癌在全球妇女癌症病死率中位居第二位，一些发展中国家甚至居于首位；每年全球大约有50万例新发宫颈癌病例，约20万人死于宫颈癌，且有年轻化趋势，其中80％在发展中国家。HPV（人乳头瘤病毒）感染与宫颈癌有着密切关系，是宫颈癌的重要致病因子。
