两种测定心肌肌钙蛋白方法在急性心肌梗死诊断中的对比分析 被引量：4

摘要 急性心肌梗死（AMI）是临床常见的致命性疾病,急性心肌损伤诊断不仅依赖心电图和病史还需依靠生物化学标志物确诊,一个理想的心肌损伤标志物应该具有高敏感性和高特异性。
