摘要
纯钼酸铵测定其机械杂质可采用氨水溶解法,但是掺杂镧的钼酸铵则不适用氨水溶解法。本文介绍了一种掺杂镧钼酸铵试样中机械杂质的分析检测方法。采用过氧化氢+稀硫酸溶解试样,根据试样的松装密度数据来确定试剂的用量,约1~3 L水中可将1~3 kg镧钼酸铵试样溶解澄清,溶解度为1.25 kg/L。将溶液过滤,滤纸上的沉淀物则为机械杂质。判定掺杂镧钼酸铵合格的指标为:1 kg掺杂镧钼酸铵中机械杂质不大于3个点(任一杂质)。该方法的回收率为90.9%~100%。
The mechanical impurities in pure ammonium molybdate is determined by ammonia dissolving method, which is not suitable for lanthanum-doped ammonium molybdate.A novel analysis and determination method for the mechanical impurity in lanthanum-doped ammonium molybdate is introduced in this study.The sample is dissolved with hydrogen peroxide and dilute sulphuric acid,and the reagent dosage is determined according to the apparent density data of the sample.1~3 kg lanthanum-doped ammonium molybdate sample can be solved in about 1~3 L water,and the solubility is 1.25 kg/L.Then the solution is filtered,the precipitate on the filter paper is mechanical impurities,When the mechanical impurities in 1 kg lanthanum-doped ammonium molybdate is not more than three(any impurity),the product is qualified.The recovery is 90.9%~100%.
