摘要
结合卷烟厂制丝生产的混丝掺配工艺流程介绍了掺配系统的流量控制方式和系统控制过程.阐述了混丝掺配系统可编程序控制器的选型及控制部分的硬件设置、参数设定以及PLC控制的软件设计.
In this paper,the flow-control mode and control process of the cutting tobacco material-mixing system are introduced,combining the process of tobacco blending in cutting tobacco production.PLC selection in this system,the hardware and precise setting of the cutting tobacco material-mixing system＇s controlling,and software designing of PLC control are depicted.
