在分析目前国内外滚珠丝杠螺纹加工方法的基础上,重点介绍了螺纹旋风硬铣削的加工特点.采用该新工艺,切削速度高,实现了以铣代磨,使螺纹加工工艺路线简化,制造周期大大缩短.工艺研究的应用证明,新工艺加工效率大大提高,而且环保效果明显.

The article analyses the machining methods of thread of ball screw for the present at home and abroad and mainly introduces the characteristics of thread hard whirling.With the new technology,high cutting speed is acquired and grinding is replaced by milling,as a result,machining route of thread is simplified and manufacturing cycle is reduced greatly.The application of process proves that the new technology improves the processing efficiency greatly,and it has significant environmental effects.
