By means of document,data,logical and comparative analysis,from the non-technology angle,this article has analysed the development of Chinese present athletics tennis and found that in this field there are many problems： the degree of tennis sports＇ popularity,coach＇s level,the construction of professional team,the degree of athlete＇s fostering,the current situation of scientific research.All these problems mentioned above have became main factors that restrain the development of athletics tennis.The purpose is to speed up the development of Chinese athletics tennis.
