冬虫夏草对氦氧饱和暴露小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘要 目的探讨冬虫夏草(虫草)对氦氧饱和暴露小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法昆明种小鼠24只随机分为4组,每组6只,分别是单纯生理盐水灌胃组、单纯虫草水提液灌胃组、生理盐水灌胃并饱和暴露组、虫草水提液灌胃并饱和暴露组。饱和暴露小鼠均于出舱后10 m in取血抗凝,以流式细胞术检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果经虫草水提液灌胃的小鼠模拟氦氧饱和暴露后较暴露前外周血CD4+淋巴细胞及CD4+/CD8+均明显下降。结论本实验用虫草水提液未能对饱和潜水环境导致的机体免疫抑制起到有效的预防保护作用。 Objective To investigate effects of cordyceps on T lymphocyte subpopulations in mice exposed helium oxygen saturation. Methods 24 Kunming-raced mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the saline gastric perfusion group, the distilled cordyceps solution 1 gastric perfusion group, the saline gastric perfusion and saturation exposed group, the distilled cordyceps solution 1 gastric perfusion and saturation exposed group, each group for 6 mice. The anticoagulated blood of saturation exposed group was collected 10 minutes after going out of cabin. Changes of T lymphocyte subpopulations of peripheral blood, were assayed by flow cytometry. Results In distilled cordyceps solution 1 gastric perfusion group, the CD4^+ lymphocyte and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio was significantly lower after simulated saturation exposure than before. Conclusion The distilled cordyceps solution has no prevention and protective effect on immunity function depression induced by saturation diving exposure.
