创新型城市的建设实践与模式

Practicing and Model of the Innovation City

创新型城市理念和目标的提出,是在新世纪全球竞争加剧,信息经济、知识经济成为国家竞争力的主要决定因素的背景下,针对我国经济社会发展过程中面临的资源环境约束现实,解决经济社会发展问题的又一次理论创新和实践探索。创新型城市建设尚在探索之中,文章介绍了国外创新型城市的发展模式和基本类型,总结了国内创新型城市建设的几个代表性城市的实践模式和基本经验,并提出几点建议。

Against the background of the fierce global competition in the 21st century, while information and knowledge becoming the main factors determining the competitiveness of a country, a novel idea and aim of innovative city is presented focused on the realistic resources and environment constraints in the process of economic and social development, which is a theoretical and practical innovation to solve the problems during the development period. Actually, as establishing innovative city is still in the exploration constantly, this paper reviews kinds of development models and typical forms of innovative cities in foreign countries, summarizes several practical models and basic experience from the construction of innovative cities in our country, and presents several suggestions.
