伴随着中部崛起政策的实施和东向发展战略的加快推进,县域经济在安徽经济整体格局中发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,就目前来说,相对于经济发达省份而言,县域经济仍是安徽经济发展中的薄弱环节。金融如何发挥其杠杆作用,撬动县域经济的发展,是摆在金融工作者面前的一个十分重要而富有现实意义的话题。文章围绕安徽省县域经济发展现状,分析当前县域金融存在的诸多制约因素,探讨发挥金融服务职能、助力县域经济发展的对策建议,以期为安徽省县域经济发展提供一个富有成效的金融解决框架。

With the implementation of the ＂the rising of central China＂ policy and accelerated promotion of ＂east-oriented development＂ strategy, the county economy is playing a more and more important role in the whole pattern of Anhui economy. However,for now, as to developed provinces in China,the county economy is still a weak link in the economy development of Anhui. So,to a financial worker, how to make use of the financial system＇s level function and promote the county economy becomes a important and realistic topic. This text will centre on the Current situation of county economy of Anhui, analyze the restriction factors of county financial environment to county economy, bring up the policy and suggestions which can improve the county financial service level to thrust the county economy. Thus,the author gives a fruitful financial settlement frame for the county economy development.
