摘要 文章介绍了40kg试验焦炉的配煤炼焦试验,目的是探讨充分发挥强粘结性煤的粘结能力,其方法是添加一定量的远东石油焦惰性物,调整活性物与惰性物的百分含量,进而改善配煤结构,提高焦炭块度和冷热态强度。同时,远东石油焦性质稳定,价格便宜,在保证焦炭质量的前提下,随配入量的增大,配合煤成本降低幅度较大,不仅可以缓解煤源紧张的局面,而且对降本增效具有实际意义。 This article carried on the coal blending coking test about 40kg experiment coke oven,the goal lies in fully displays the cementation power of strong caking coal,its method was increases the rational inert material of the far east refinery coke,adjustment activeness and the inert material percentage,then the improvement coal blending structure,enhanced the burnt carbon block and the cold thermal state intensity.Simultaneously,the far east refinery coke nature is stable,price is cheap,in under the premise of guarantee coke quality,along with the matches enlargement which inputs,the cost reduction scope is big of coordinate coal,and may alleviate the tense aspect about source of coal.This paper obtained conclusion have the practical significance to reduce the cost increase benefit.
