摘要
基于疲劳累积损伤的破坏准则,针对飞机管路系统采用了ansys软件中的蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)的可靠性分析方法,进行了随机振动激励下管路系统的可靠性优化分析,得到了不同位置卡箍参数对系统动力学特性的灵敏度,提出了满足系统可靠度的可靠性优化设计方案,最终使管路系统的安全可靠性得到了保障,为系统的安全性指导和设计提供了理论依据。
The Ansys software was used.Based on the fatigue-cumulative-damage criterion,the reliability of Monte Carlo method was used to investigate the airplane pipeline system.Reliability optimization designs were researched under a random vibration excitation.The sensitivity between dynamic characteristic and clamp??s locations was presented for the pipeline system.The paper submits the reliability optimization design that satisfies the system??s assigned reliability level.The reliability of the optimized system could be guaranteed.It supplies a theoretical basis for the structural reliability and design.
