Influence of Income Divide on Consumer Need and Its Solution

分析了陕西城乡内部、城乡之间居民收入分配差距拉大对居民消费水平形成制约作用的影响。认为扩大居民消费需求应从以下方面着手:调整国民收入分配格局,增加劳动者报酬在国内生产总值中的比重,建立面向民生的财政支出结构,建立公平合理的收入分配制度,以此调节各收入群体的消费倾向,加快陕西城乡一体化进程。

The income divides are widening,within the interior of urban and rural areas and between urban and rural areas,which exerts obvious constraints on the average consumption.This paper holds that in order to expand household consumption it should do the following aspects：reestablishing a pattern of national income allocation;increasing the ratio of labor payments in GNP;establishing a people＇s life-oriented spending structure;establishing a fair and reasonable income allocation system;adjusting the spending trend of different groups and accelerating the process of urban and rural integration.
