摘要
网络通讯技术的发展日新月异,图书馆虚拟参考咨询工作发生了新变化、产生了新特点。总结了图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的发展动态,探讨了Web3.0这一互联网发展的新趋势将对图书馆的虚拟参考咨询在工具技术、服务模式、人员素质等方面发生显著变化,促使其最大限度地满足用户全方位、多样化和个性化的需求。
The ever-changing development of the communication technology brings new changes and new characteristics to library virtual reference and consultation.This paper summarizes recent development in virtual reference and consultation and probes into Web 3.0,the new tendency of internet development,which alters virtual reference and consultation remarkably in the aspects of service tools,service mode and staff quality,in order to meet the all-around,diversified,individual demands of users.
