从专业在职教师自身审视师德教育的实效性

摘要 师德教育历来被我们国家所重视,我们在师德教育工作中,积累了丰富的经验。总体看,教师队伍的职业道德素质是比较好的,绝大多数的教师能够坚守教育职场,为人师表,爱岗敬业,为我国的教育事业作出了应有的贡献。但受多种因素的综合影响,我们的师德教育的实效性不佳也是一个不争的事实。通过对专业在职教师自身对师德教育认识的差异分析,我们认为,提高师德教育的实效性要依靠教师自身的积极性与创新性,并依据师德教育的特性,提出具有一般规律的原则指导师德教育工作的开展。 Our country always emphasis on the teacher's virtue education.In this work,we accumulate rich experience.On the whole,the professional ethics of teachers is good,the majority of teachers adhere to workplace education and make due contribution to China's education.However,because of synthesized influences,the effect of our teacher's virtue education is not always so perfect.Through the analysis of differences of teachers' understanding on the teacher's virtue education,the writer wants to explain that the effectiveness of teacher's virtue education relies mainly on their own enthusiasm and innovation.In addition,according to the characteristics of ethics education,the writer proposes some measures based on general rules of ethics education.
