船舶涂装工人为涂装行业主力军,由于目前收入与涂装作业环境、劳动强度不匹配,导致从事涂装作业的人员越来越少。,虽然涂装工人资源却越来越缺乏,但近年来国内造船呈逐年攀升态势,涂装行业涂装工人管理急需创新思路,以应对目前行业发展趋势。
The number of painting workers qua main force in painting industry recently becomes less and less because of their low income not matching with the working environment and the labor strength.As the output of shipbuilding industry improves year by year,the conflict between the lack of painting labor and the increased shipbuilding output appears and it is necessary to improve the management of painting workers to resolve the conflict.
