本文根据建筑通风空调专业的施工特点,着重分析了当前通风空调施工企业成本控制的现状、成本控制的对象和内容,阐述了通风空调工程施工成本控制的有效途径,最后提出了提高通风空调施工成本控制效能的措施。

According to the construction characteristics of ventilation and air conditioning engineering,this paper analyzed the current situation,control object and content of cost control in the current ventilation and air conditioning construction enterprise.Then expounds the ventilation and air conditioning project construction cost control.Finally puts forward some effective methods to improve efficiency of ventilation and air conditioning construction cost control.
