摘要
加快转变经济发展方式,是当前关系国民经济全局紧迫而重大的战略任务。发展创新型经济是苏州加快社会经济结构转型升级、建设"三区三城"的必然要求,政府应加强引导,重点是加强与促进企业自主创新,狠抓落实。
Accelerating the transition of the economic modes is an imperative and significant strategic task concerning China＇s national economy.To accelerate the changing and upgrading of the economic structure of Suzhou and to accomplish the ＂six-dimensioned＂ city planning,it is essential to develop innovation-oriented economy,for which the government should provide adequate guidance and pay special attention to boosting and achieving the self-reliant innovation of the enterprises.
