应用心理学本科生专业承诺与实践意识研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用改编的问卷对苏州市应用心理学专业本科生256人进行专业承诺和专业实践意识进行研究。结果显示,应用心理学专业学生的专业承诺水平总体比较高,最高的两项为情感承诺和规范承诺,最低的为经济承诺;总体实践意愿水平较高,但自发的专业实践活动水平较低,女生的专业承诺、考研意愿水平高于男生,但实践意识并无显著差异;来自城市的学生的专业承诺水平高于乡镇的学生,但除考研的意愿外,实践意识并无显著差异;情感承诺与规范承诺在大二发展水平最高,经济承诺在大三水平显著提高,考研与实践意愿年级间无显著差异,但知识应用与自发的实践活动在年级间差异却是显著的。 This study is basd on professional commitment and awareness of professional practice of 256 undergraduates of applied psychology from Suzhou with an adapted questionnaire.The result shows that the professional commitment of undergraduates of applied psychology is at high level in general,with the affective commitment and the normative commitment as the two highest points and the economic commitment as the lowest one;the overall level of the practice will is high,but the level of spontaneously professional practice is low;moreover,female undergraduates' professional commitment and will of being a graduate rank above those of male undergraduates.However,there is no significant difference in practice consciousness;the level of professional commitment of urban students surpasses that of rural students,while except the will of being a graduate,difference in practice consciousness is not remarkable.Affective commitment and normative commitment reach the highest level among sophomore students,and economic commitment increases obviously among juniors;in addition,there is no distinct discrepancy in the will of being a graduate and the practice will between grades,but the contrast of knowledge application and spontaneous practice is worthy of note.
