法治本质上是一种思维方式。作为我国高等教育的"半壁江山"的高职教育,培养学生的法律思维方式如何,将直接影响我国法治建设的进程。近年来,高职学生法律思维方式的培养,取得了一些可喜的成绩,但也存在众多明显的不足。积极探讨高职学生法律思维方式培养的有效路径,对我国高职人才的培养和法治建设的推进有重要意义。

Rule of law is in essence a thinking mode.As a significant part of China＇s education,vocational college students＇ level of legal thinking mode will directly affect the process of the construction of rule of law in China.In recent years,the cultivation of higher vocational students＇ legal thinking mode has made some achievements,but there still exist many obvious deficiencies.Discussing the effective route of the cultivation of the legal thinking mode of vocational college students in China has great significance for nurturing of higher vocational talents and promoting the construction of rule of law.
