摘要 对曼陀罗种子形态特征及营养成分进行了观察和测定。结果表明:①曼陀罗种子外形呈肾形,种皮灰褐色至黑褐色,革质,表面粗糙,电镜下观察具梯纹凸起;属双子叶有胚乳种子。种子长宽厚大小为3.14 mm×2.55 mm×1.29 mm,单粒重6.15 mg。②曼陀罗种子萌发所需时间较长,土培、室温约需8 d;种子萌发时子叶出土,形成子叶出土幼苗。③曼陀罗种子粗脂肪含量为190.8 mg.g-1,明显高于可溶性糖(24.4 mg.g-1)和蛋白质(82.2 mg.g-1)等内含物的含量;还含有K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu等多种矿质元素,且K,Na,Ca的含量明显高于其它矿质元素。 The morphological characters and component analysis of the seeds of Datura stramonium L.have been studied.The results showed that Datura stramonium L.seeds were kidney-shaped.The seed coats were gray-brown to black-brown,leathery,rough surface,a ladder pattern raised with the electron microscope,belonged to dicotyledon and albuminous seeds.The size of seeds was 3.14 mm×2.55 mm×1.29 mm.The weight of each seeds was 6.15 mg.The germination time was about 8 days under hydroponics in the rmostat.Its seedings belonged to the epigaeous seeding.The contents of fat in the seeds were about 190.8 mg·g-1,significantly higher than the contents of sugar(24.4 mg·g-1),and protein(82.2 mg·g-1).There were also plenty of mineral elements such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu in the seeds,and the content of Ca was higher than other mineral elements.
