摘要
改革开放以来,产业结构的持续升级提高了我国粮食单产和总产量,减少和降低了粮食种植面积及其在农产品种植面积中的比重。随着工业化、城市化进程推进,粮食种植面积及其比重会进一步减少和下降。在这种背景下,依靠产业结构升级带来的技术进步效应,对积极提高粮食单产和维护我国粮食安全有重要意义。
Since the Reforming and Opening, China＇ s upgrading of industrial structure improves the grain yield per Hectare and the total output, reduces the sown area of grain and lowers the proportion of sown area of grain to total sown area. As industrialization and urbanization progress, absolute value and the proportion of grain-growing areas will decline further. Against this background, it is very important to improve agricultural production conditions, promote the progress of agricultural technology through upgrading industrial structure so as to increase grain yield and maintain grain security in China.
