摘要
地方高校作为科技创新的主力军,应充分发挥其科技支撑作用,有效提升科技创新能力,及时转化科技成果,在服务社会、贡献创新的过程中发展高等教育事业。分析了地方高校面临的形势和任务,探讨了地方高等学校与社会科技合作机制问题。
As the major force of sci-tech innovation, local universities should bring into play their supporting role in science and technology, effectively upgrade their sci-tech creative abilities, transform in time the achievements in scientific research and develop the educational cause of higher learning in the course of serving society, making contribution and innovating. The paper analyzes the situation and mission local universities face and discusses the cooperation of local universities with scientific technology in society.
