家族企业支撑着泉州经济的半壁江山,其经营与兴衰对泉州经济的发展有着举足轻重的影响。通过对泉州家族企业在发展中存在的企业家素质参差不齐、企业管理模式落后等主要问题进行分析研究,提出相应的对策与建议,对于促进泉州家族企业更好发展具有一定意义。

Family business is very important to the economy of Quanzhou.Its operation and the rise and decline have a pivotal role in the development of the economy of Quanzhou.Through analyzing several of entrepreneur quality ability and the backward management model,the paper provide relax strategies and suggestions and hope that could be helpful to promote the development of family business,and then contribute to the economy of Quanzhou.
