摘要
为了研究健身秧歌锻炼对向心性肥胖中老年女性身体成分与血脂成分的影响,将36名向心性肥胖中老年女性分为均等的试验组(实施18周秧歌锻炼)和对照组,测量试验组18周健身秧歌锻炼前后身体成分与血脂水平的变化。结果表明,试验组健身秧歌锻炼后去脂体质量增加、体脂质量下降,血脂成分中甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量下降,高密度脂蛋白含量上升,试验组与对照组比较各项指标有显著性差异。研究表明,长期系统的健身秧歌锻炼,能调整向心性肥胖中老年女性身体成分,改善血脂成分的结构,从而有益于身体健康。
Aiming to study Yangge Exercise's influence on the body composition and the serum lipids level of central obese middle-aged and old female,36 central obese middle-aged and old females were randomly divided into experimental group(18 weeks Yangge exercise)and control group to study their body composition and the serum lipids level.Results show that the experimental group's lean body mass is added,their body fat mass is dropped,triglyceride,cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein of the serum lipids level is dropped and high-density lipoprotein is increased,which shows the significant difference comparing with the control group.In conclusion,long time systematically Yangge exercise can adjust the body composition of the central obese middle-aged and old females and improve their serum lipids ingredients,which makes the percentage of each ingredient more conducive to their health.
