摘要
组建6个血统12头公猪、100头母猪的长白猪核心选育群,开展高性能专门化品系选育。通过种猪场内测定,采用闭锁与开放相结合的选育策略,应用GBS育种软件估计育种值,根据综合指数高低排序选留。经过5年3个世代的选育,三世代与零世代相比:达100kg日龄平均下降了8.51d,下降5.20%(P<0.05);达100kg日龄EBV值有显著的缩短(P<0.05);100kg体重的活体平均背膘厚从零世代13.55mm下降到12.16mm,下降了10.26%(P<0.05),活体背膘厚EBV显著下降(P<0.05)。
A nucleus herd of Landrace pigs for high-performance,specialized line breeding was collected from 6 bloodlines including 12 boars and 100 sows.The breeding result was estimated by a farm test using the closed and open breeding strategy and GBS software.After 5 years and three generations of breeding,the number of days for the pig to reach 100 kg reduced 8.51 days,or 5.20% decrease(P 〈0.05) with a significant EBV decline(P 〈0.05).The mean living BFT decreased from 13.55 mm to 12.16 mm,or a 10.26% reduction(P 〈0.05) with a significant EBV decline as well(P 〈0.05).
