摘要
师范生职业能力的培养是教师专业化发展的基本要求,是提高师范生就业竞争力的现实需要,是做优、做强教师教育的需要。加强师范生职业技能课程建设,基于教师职业工作过程序化教学内容,分模块对师范生进行普通话与教师口语、书写技能、教学工作技能、班主任工作技能训练,构建一体化的职业技能训练体系,改革教学模式与方法,构建"立体化"、"全程式"的师范生职业能力培养模式,是增强师范生职业能力的有效途径。
To cultivate the professional capacities is not the basic requirement for professional development of teachers but is the needs of improving the employability and competitiveness of normal school students,and is the needs of bettering and making stronger the teachers education as well.Constructing the integrated vocational skill training system and constructing the professional capacities cultivating model is an effective way for normal school students to enhance their professional capacities.
