摘要
结合液压传动技术和自动控制技术,设计一种电液伺服系统中的PID控制器。首先,给出电液伺服系统的总体设计原理与框架,对电液伺服系统中的主要组成部分进行简要阐述;然后详细分析液压传动控制系统中受力情况和主要参数之间的函数关系;最后给出一个基于数字增量式的PID控制算法流程,算法精确度高,控制效果良好。
This paper,unified the hydraulic transmission technology and the automatic control technology,explores a design of a PID controller in electro-hydraulic servo,firstly it gives the system design principle and the frame of electro-hydraulic servo,briefly stating the key component of electro-hydraulic servo;secondly,analyzes the stress and parameter functional relationship between hydraulic transmission systems in details;finally studies the PID controller's control algorithm flow,which is tested to be effectively and accurately.
