摘要
刚性管理与柔性管理分别有各自的特点,在实际的军校研究生管理工作中相互影响、相互渗透。军校研究生管理者应辩证处理好二者间的关系,厘清军校研究生柔性管理中存在的主要问题,以充分发挥柔性管理在军校研究生成长成材中的重要作用。
Rigid management and soft management have their own characteristics.They influence and infiltrate each other in the management of postgraduate students in the military schools.The managers of military schools should dialectically treat their relation,clarify the main problems in the management and give full play to the soft management in the growth of postgraduates.
