摘要
目前高校青年教师专业发展已成为高等教育中的突出问题。后现代教育具有开放性、多元性、交互性等特点。在后现代主义教育观下,增强课程开发意识和能力、促进知识结构优化、构建平等对话的师生关系、增强反思意识与能力是高校青年教师专业发展的方向。以先进的教育理念定位自身角色,开展校本教研,参与课程开发,加强反思性教学是实现专业发展的重要策略。
The young college teachers' professional development has become an outstanding problem in the development of higher education.Post-modern education is characterized by the opening,diversity and interaction.According to the concept,the coordination of the consciousness and capacity of curriculum development,the optimization of knowledge structure,teacher-student relationship characterized with equality and dialogue and the reflective consciousness and ability is of great importance to the development of college teachers.The paper also points out that role-playing with advanced educational concepts,school-based research,teacher-involved curriculum development and reflective teaching are important strategies for the cultivation of young college teachers.
