五年制高职新生正处于特殊的成长阶段,有着特殊的心理特点,通过开展有效的团体心理辅导来提高新生的心理素质,可使其尽快适应高职院校的学习与生活。但在具体的团体心理辅导过程中,必须注意几个重要的因素,如团体辅导的领导者素质和团体辅导后的评价等,以确保团体辅导的长效机制,为培养高职学生健康的心理品质打下基础。

The freshmen of five-year higher vocation are in the special growth stage.They have special psychological characteristics.The effective group psychological counseling will improve their psychological quality and make them suitable for learning and life of higher vocation college.But we should pay attention to several important factors such as leaders＇ quality and evaluation after group counseling so as to guarantee the long-term mechanism of group counseling and lay foundation for fostering students＇ healthy psychological quality.
