摘要
通过体育教师人格素养与教学效果关系的研究,论述了以下四方面的问题:人格素养与教学效果之间的辨证关系;高尚人格素养在体育教学中的表现形式;怎样才能成为学生认可的人格素养高尚与教学效果良好的体育教师;人格素养高尚与教学效果良好的保持和提高。
Through the research into the relation between personality accomplishment and teaching effect of physical teachers,we demonstrate following four problems: the dialectic relation between personality accomplishment and teaching effect,the manifestation of the noble personality accomplishment in the physical teaching,how to become excellent physical teachers with noble personality accomplishment and good teaching effect recognized by students,maintaining and improving noble personality accomplishment and good teaching effect.
