摘要 以石墨电极电解含氯化钠的壳聚糖溶液,考察电流密度、温度、氯化钠浓度、初始pH、初始壳聚糖浓度、极板间距在电化学反应过程中对壳聚糖降解的影响,同时讨论了不同条件对于电流效率和能耗的影响.实验表明电化学间接氧化法可以有效降解壳聚糖,最佳的试验条件为:电流密度0.8 A.dm-2、温度60℃、氯化钠浓度25 g.L-1、pH值4.5、壳聚糖浓度16 g.L-1以下,极板间距3 cm~4 cm. Electrochemical degradation of chitosan was studied with graphite as anode and cathode using NaCl as supporting electrolyte.Dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS)colorimetry was used to detect the quantity of reducing sugar which was produced from the degradation of chitosan and the optimized conditions were also determined.The dependence of chitosan degradation rate on current density,temperature,chloride concentration,the value of pH,chitosan concentration and center distance between plates was discussed.The effects of the referred factors on the current efficiency and energy consumption were also discussed.The experimental results show that chitosan can be effectively degraded by an indirect electrochemical process.The optimum conditions from the result of experiment are current intensity of 0.8 A·dm^-2,temperature of 60 ℃,25 g·L^-1 NaCl,pH4.5,chitosan concentration lower than 16 g·L^-1 and center distance between plates 3 cm~4 cm.
