摘要 超临界二氧化碳染色技术是一种新型的染整技术,它具有染色时间短、匀染透染性好、染后不用还原清洗等优点,且整个染色过程中不会造成任何污染。解决了传统染色工艺资源消耗量大、环境污染严重及有机溶剂染色的生态、成本、难以工业化应用等问题。介绍了超临界二氧化碳染色法的基本原理,对国内外超临界二氧化碳染色技术在合成纤维和天然纤维纺织品染色中的研究现状作了全面分析,并对其发展前号进行了展望。 Supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing was a novel technology for dyeing and finishing. It has the advantages of shorter dyeing time, good levelness and thorough dyeing, without reduction and washing, and it would not cause any contamination in whole dyeing process. The problems of traditional dyeing process such as large resource consumption, severe environmental po|iution and the prob- lems of organic solvent dyeing peocess such as ecological damage, high cost, difficult industrial application were resolved. The theory of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing was introduced. The research advances of supercritical carbon dioxide technology in synthetic and natural fibers textiles at home and abroad were analyzed comprehensively. The development of it was prospected also.
