慢性咽炎的病因分析

目的:分析慢性咽炎的病因在不同人群中的差异及慢性咽炎的中医辨证。方法:对临床412例慢性咽炎患者,以不同人群组进行回顾性分析。结果:慢性咽炎的病因在不同人群组差异有显著性。结论:慢性咽炎病因复杂,症状顽固,不易治愈,常常需要西医、中医双病因诊断,需要对因治疗、局部治疗及全身治疗相结合。

Objective：To analyze the cause of chronic pharyngitis ,the differences in different populations and chronic pharyngitis TCM. Methods ：412 cases of chronic pharyngifts on clinical patients with different population groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The etiology of chronic pharyngitis in different population groups have significant differences. Conclusion： The complex causes of chronic pharyngitis, symptoms stubborn and difficult to cure, often need Western medicine, Chinese medicine dual etiological diagnosis, need for treatment, Docal treatment and systemic treatment combination.
