摘要 随着与互联网的接触愈来愈多,人们会尝试各种各样的应用,其中一个非常有前途的应用就是分组语音技术.分组语音技术是指将语音信号转化为一定长度的数字化语音包,采用存储转发的方法以包的形式进行交换和传输的技术.文章介绍了分组语音技术的基本概念,包括原理、结构和性能,以及分组语音技术的一些具体应用.文章强调,分组语音技术不仅仅为降低成本而用于IP电话,结合计算机处理和互联网技术的优势实现各种增值业务才是它真正价值所在. The number of users and servers on Internet has increased dramatically over the past few years. People are trying various applications, among which a promising application is packet voice technology. Packet voice technology converts voice signal to digitized voice packet in certain length, then switches and transmits these packets by means of store and forward. The basic concepts of packet voice technology, including the principle, structure and performance , and some specific applications of this technology are introduced in this paper. It is stressed in this paper that packet voice technology is not only used in IP telephony to reduce the cost, combining the advantages of computer processing and Internet technologies, it is also used to realize various value-added services.
