摘要
报道了双模声表面波滤波器( S A W F)的研究结果和设计出的 G S M 用9025 M Hz的 S A W F。对双膜 S A W F 的基本原理和分析方法进行了描述,并给出理论模拟结果,对几个关键参数进行了比较计算。研究表明,双模 S A W F 具有低损耗、宽带的特性, 较好地满足了 G S M 用9025 M Hz的 S A W F电性能要求。
The reserach and design of double mode SAW filter for GSM is reported in this paper.The basic theory,analytic method and theoretic analog of the double mode filter are described.Comparative calculation is conducted for some key parameters.Experiment results show that double mode SAW has the features of low loss and large bandwidth,which can well meet the property requirements of 902.5 MHz SAW filter used in GSM.
