Discussion on the Implementation Mechanism of National Asset Act

实施机制是法律的生命。我国现行的国有资产法实施机制存在诸多缺陷。为此,在今后的改革中,必须厘清国有资产管理机构的职责及其权限,完善国有资产法实施程序,强化国有资产法法律责任,加大国有资产法实施监督力度,健全国有资产法实施救济方式,把我国国有资产法的实施真正落实到实处。

Implementation mechanism is the life of the law.The current implementation mechanism of National Asset Act in China has many defects.In the future reform,the responsibilities and authority of state-owned assets management institutions must be clarified,the implementation procedures must be inproved,the legal responsibility of National Asset Act and its supervision must be strengthened,the relief ways must be perfected,so as to carry it out thoroughly in the practice.
