摘要
我国足球后备人才培养中存在的严重弊端是体制上的问题,此外,还有教练员本身的问题。为此,必须完善体制,改革培养模式,加强教练员队伍建设,以促进足球后备人才培养的可持续性发展。
The most serious drawbacks in reserve football talent cultivation lie in the systems and coaches themselves.In order to promote the sustainable development of football talent training,the training system and model must be reformed and perfected.In addition,the coach procession should also be strengthened.
