摘要 为实现高压断路器合闸电阻和回路电阻的现场快速测量,设计了一种高压断路器合闸电阻多功能综合测试仪。该仪器以超级电容器作为测试电源,以DSP作为控制器和数据采集设备,以AD526作为微弱信号放大器,实现了在高压断路器一次合闸过程中对断路器的合闸电阻、回路电阻以及预插入时间的同时测量。现场试验表明,该仪器精度高,可靠性好,使用方便,缩短了高压断路器现场试验时间,提高了测试效率。 For the high voltage circuit breaker field test of closing resistance and loop resistance,a new circuit breaker closing resistance instrument was designed in this paper.A super capacitor was used as test power source,and a DSP was used as the controller and the processor for data acquisition.And cascaded AD526s amplified the weak signal.The closing resistance,loop resistance and closing resistance pre-insertion time can be measured in a switching operation.Field test results showed the resistance can be measured with high precision and reliability.Besides,the application of the instrument can reduce the high voltage circuit breakers' field test time and improve test efficiency.
