干旱胁迫下胶质苜蓿内源激素及解剖结构的研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了提高苜蓿的抗旱性,采用室内盆栽法,人工模拟干旱胁迫条件下,对俄罗斯引进的3份胶质苜蓿的内源激素和解剖结构进行研究。结果表明,干旱胁迫下供试种质叶片ABA、IAA含量均有不同程度的上升,GA3和ZR的含量均呈下降趋势,且不同种质间表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),干旱胁迫下4种内源激素的协调总趋势是向着气孔关闭、促进根系发展的方向进行;同时对3份胶质苜蓿种质叶片解剖结构研究表明,供试种质在叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织的厚度比等方面表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),以ZXY06P-2533叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值、叶片结构紧密度和叶脉突起度等值均为最大。试验得出3份种质抗旱性强弱顺序为:ZXY06P-2533>ZXY06P-2658>ZXY06P-2636。 The endogenesis hormones and anatomical structures of 3 Medicago glutinosa from Russia.were studi-ed under drought stress in green house.And the results showed that under drought stress the content of ABA and IAA in the leaves of tested materials increased and the content of GA3 and ZR decreased at different extent,And there were significant difference in tested materials.Meanwhile the anatomical structures of tested materials were observed and analyzed,and there were significant difference of leaf thickness,stockade tissue thickness,sponge tissue thickness,and the ratio of stockade tissue thickness and sponge tissue thickness(P0.05),ZXY06P-2533 had the biggest value in above parameters.The drought resistance of tested materials was as following:ZXY06P-2533ZXY06P-2658ZXY06P-2636.
